This policy covers Custom Meditations and the Medley Digital Alerts SMS notification service, both operated by Medley Digital.
Information we collect
We collect your email address solely to deliver your meditation. Your meditation goal text is used only to generate your audio. If you opt in to Medley Digital Alerts, we collect and store your mobile phone number together with the date and time of your consent, solely to deliver the SMS alerts you requested.
How we use it
We do not sell, rent, or use your information for marketing. Payment processing is handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. Your meditation goal text is not shared with third parties.
SMS alerts
Medley Digital Alerts delivers automated market and price alert notifications by SMS to recipients who have opted in at custom-meditation.com/opt-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message, which takes effect immediately. You may also submit your number at custom-meditation.com/opt-out to be removed from our alert list. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@custom-meditation.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Data retention
Consent records are retained for as long as you remain opted in, and afterwards only as long as needed to demonstrate that consent was given and withdrawn. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@custom-meditation.com.
