Recipients of Medley Digital Alerts, operated by Medley Digital, a sole proprietorship, are individuals who have personally opted in to receive automated market and price alert notifications by SMS. Consent is collected at custom-meditation.com/opt-in, where each recipient enters their own mobile number and affirmatively agrees to receive messages. Each opt-in is stored with the date and time it was submitted.
The opt-in form is standalone and optional. It is not part of a purchase, a checkout, or an account signup, and consent to receive messages is never a condition of using any service. The consent checkbox is unchecked by default and may be left unchecked; declining leaves everything else unaffected.
Each message is triggered automatically when a market price condition configured by Medley Digital is met. Message frequency varies, typically 3–5 messages per day. These messages are informational notifications only and contain no marketing or promotional content.
